We are seeking a talented and passionate Pizza Chef (Part-time) who is able to work in the evenings especially the weekend.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo) to prepare high-quality pizzas in accordance with established recipes and standards. The ideal candidate has experience with dough preparation, oven operation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen while delivering excellent food quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and daily production needs Stretch, top, and bake pizzas using gas ovens Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure product quality Maintain consistency in taste, appearance, and portion size Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Manage ingredient inventory and report shortages or quality issues Work efficiently during high-volume service periods Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role Knowledge of pizza dough fermentation and preparation techniques Familiarity with different oven types (wood-fired preferred, if applicable) Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience with Neapolitan, Roman, or artisan-style pizzas Culinary certification or formal training Creativity in developing new pizza recipes Basic inventory or cost-control knowledge
