Italian Orchard Restaurant is seeking an experienced, full-time Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will have proven experience preparing and cooking high-quality, authentic pizzas in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, stretch, and cook pizzas to a high standard
Manage dough preparation, toppings, and oven operation
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Support the kitchen team as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Pizza Chef is essential
Knowledge of traditional Italian pizza techniques
Ability to work full time, including evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail and consistency
