About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join the Nole Pizza kitchen team. You'll work in a lively, open kitchen environment, producing exceptional dishes and helping maintain Nole's high standards of quality and consistency. Pizza-making experience is desirable but not essential -- full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality pizzas and other dishes to Nole's standards Assist with dough preparation, topping assembly, baking, and service Maintain food safety and hygiene practices at all times Help manage stock rotation and maintain prep levels Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials Support the team with cleaning, organisation, and general kitchen duties Provide excellent service in an open kitchen environment, engaging with guests when appropriate

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices Ability to thrive in a busy, high-energy kitchen environment Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic Pizza-making experience desirable, but not essential (training provided)
