About Us

We are a busy, well-established Italian restaurant known for authentic flavours, fresh ingredients, and great customer service. We are looking for a skilled Chef or Pizza Chef who is passionate about Italian cuisine and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes and/or pizzas to a high standard Hand-stretch dough and manage pizza ovens (wood-fired or electric) Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all food Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen Follow food safety and health & safety regulations Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef or Pizza Chef (Italian cuisine preferred) Knowledge of dough preparation, sauces, and traditional toppings Ability to work under pressure during busy service Strong attention to detail and passion for food Reliable, punctual, and a team player Food hygiene certification (preferred but not essential)
