Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Assist in menu planning and develop new culinary ideas to enhance our offerings Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including equipment and work stations Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods Serve meals efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and team spirit Formal culinary training or relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential

Pay: 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
