Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Ciaooo by the slice. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Your culinary expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' dining experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas according to authentic Roman style recipes. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen. Assist in meal preparation and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Stay updated on menu changes and seasonal offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a pizzeria or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent culinary skills with a passion for Italian cuisine. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
