Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our team in our new horsebox pizza trailer onsite at Camp bongo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a keen interest in culinary arts, particularly in crafting delicious pizzas. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pizzas that meet our standards while ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared for use. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred, particularly in pizza cooking or similar roles. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting. A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dishes that delight customers.

Pay: 12.50 per hour
