We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Pizza Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meals that meet our restaurant's standards for taste and presentation.

Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to during food preparation and cooking processes. Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and managing dough. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to the kitchen manager. Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Proficient in various cooking techniques, particularly those related to pizza making. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for culinary arts and creativity in meal preparation. Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team setting.
