Requirements:

Pizzaiolo experience in a high-pressure kitchen, with a deep love for pizza A visionary in dough fermentation, oven techniques, and ingredient selection A leader who can inspire creativity in others and keep the kitchen flowing like a great poem Passionate about food artistry, with an eye for detail and a heart for flavour
Role and Responsibilities:

Prepare authentic, artisanal pizzas from scratch Inspire, teach, and guide junior pizzaiolos, turning passionate cooks into pizza master Great communication skills and teamworking Experiment with creative toppings and unique flavour combinations Maintaining a clean and organized workspace following Food Safety and Health Safety regulations Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
