We're Hiring: Placement Coordinator



Permanent, Full Time



Shift patterns

07:00-15:00 and 14:00-22:00 including Bank Holidays



23,810 per annum with double pay on Christmas and 20% uplift on unsociable hours and Bank Holidays



Hybrid in our Bishopsworth, Bristol office with 2-3 days a week from home

About the Role




In this role, you will:

Take inbound and make outbound calls to workers to book them into shifts in various clinical settings, ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements. Ensure all relevant client shift information is uploaded onto our bespoke software and updated when applicable. Respond to client and worker queries quickly, ensuring professional and positive relationships are created and liaising with internal teams to support. Liaise with clients to confirm worker details, establish additional demand, promote nurse availability and enhance client relationships to support business growth.

This is a role where your customer service skills will really make a difference.

Confidence working with Microsoft packages like Word, Excel and Outlook. Good written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience We're Looking For



Customer service experience Proven experience dealing with a high volume of calls The ability to manage a varied workload Administration experience
