Summary
We are seeking a Coordinator to join our team in Doncaster. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our mission by ensuring the smooth operation of our care services, facilitating communication between clients and caregivers, and enhancing the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
Coordinate care services and ensure they meet client needs.
Facilitate communication between clients, families, and caregivers.
make and allocate weekly carer hours
Assist in training staff to provide effective support.
Manage schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in healthcare or social services.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in using office software and management systems.
Understanding of care standards and regulations is a plus.
