Are you passionate about shaping high-quality practice experiences for future health and social care professionals?



Join our dynamic placement team at The University of Winchester, where you'll play a key role in supporting high quality placement co-ordination across nursing, midwifery, social work and allied health programmes, helping to deliver an excellent student experience through well organised, diverse, and impactful practice learning. You'll build strong relationships with practice partners, drive innovation in placement delivery, ensure compliance and quality assurance across a growing portfolio.



We're looking for someone collaborative, organised, and solutions focused, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of placement-based learning. Experience in higher education, NHS or social care settings is desirable.
