Job Description

We are seeking experienced Plan Checkers to join our Building Control team. This is a fully remote role where you will play a key role in reviewing building regulation submissions, supporting high-quality compliance, and helping to shape safe, well-designed developments across the UK.

What you'll be doing

Checking plans for compliance with Building Regulations Providing clear, practical technical feedback Working collaboratively with surveyors, inspectors and clients Managing your workload whilst working remotely, with autonomy and trust

What we're looking for

RBI Class 2C-2F Strong Building Regulations knowledge Experience in plan checking (RBCA/local authority or consultancy) Excellent written communication Self-motivated, organised and detail driven person
