Field engineers form a crucial part of our organisation, as the customer-facing backbone that underpins our customer-centric culture. We work in an industry with diverse product offerings, and complex systems. Main Responsibilities
Carry out monthly, quarterly and annual planned maintenance on fire detection, warden call and other associated life protecting equipment
Act as an escalation path for compliance issues
Maintaining high levels of quality & professionalism standards and ensuring resident & public safety and compliance is adhered to at all times
Liaising with customers, providing technical input where required
Must Haves
Excellent communication skills both verbally and through IT (MS Office)
Strong focus on customer service and experience
Excellent team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
