About Us:

As we continue to grow across the commercial sector, we're looking to strengthen our team with an experienced and proactive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Engineer.

The Role:

As a PPM Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out scheduled compliance and maintenance tasks across a range of commercial properties. You'll ensure systems are operating efficiently, identify potential issues early, and provide a high level of service that reflects the Redkite standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance and compliance checks (e.g. emergency lighting, fire alarms, HVAC, water hygiene, etc.)

Complete detailed service reports and documentation

Liaise with clients on-site, providing updates and flagging any remedial works required

Support reactive maintenance teams when required

Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar building services/PPM engineering role

Strong understanding of building systems and compliance tasks

City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (electrical, mechanical, or plumbing preferred)

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Full UK Driving License

Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
