We're looking for a
Planned Works Planner (Dispensations & Compliance)
to join our Property Operations team.
In this key role, you'll take ownership of the
statutory Section 20 consultation and dispensation processes
, ensuring we meet our legal obligations, manage risk effectively, and deliver for our customers. You'll also play a vital part in supporting the planning, administration, and coordination of planned works projects across our portfolio of managed developments.
What you'll be doing:
Leading the
dispensation process
for planned works projects, from preparing applications to monitoring outcomes.
Managing the
Section 20 consultation process
, ensuring all notices are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
Acting as the go-to contact for compliance queries, working closely with Operations Managers, House/Estate Managers, consultants, and our Legal team.
Supporting the planning and coordination of projects, including validating contractor quotes and ensuring statutory obligations are met.
Maintaining accurate and auditable records in Fixflo/Qube, with timely updates and reporting.
Championing best practice and contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance processes.
What we're looking for:
Experience in
compliance, governance, planning, or scheduling
(property, housing, facilities, or asset management is desirable).
Knowledge of
Section 20 consultation processes
(or similar statutory frameworks) is an advantage.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to liaise with legal teams, contractors, and operational colleagues.
Good working knowledge of
Microsoft Office
and database administration.
A detail-focused, proactive, and resilient approach.
