Job description:
Due to continued expansion we are currently looking for experienced planned works supervisor to work in our Worcester division, this will include working in tenanted properties. You will be required to lead a small team of direct and subcontract staff and report back to a project manager. This will require knowledge and skill set reference to kitchen and bathroom installations. Experience will be required in supervision, leadership and social housing. A SSSTS or SMSTS would be beneficial. Good rates of pay for the right candidates and continued run of work.
This role will involve travelling to each of our projects which are predominately in and around the local area but can sometimes be further afield.
About you:
Will have previous experience of construction work and social housing
High level of both first and second fix carpentry.
A good standard of onsite Health & Safety
A team player who will be happy to work as a team.
Someone who takes pride in their work to complete installations to a high standard
Reliability and tidiness is essential
Good organisation and communication skills
A 'can-do' attitude.
Able to listen and take instructions.
Will have asbestos awareness.
Ability to get to site.
Own tools, power and hand.
About the role:
Full-time Monday to Friday

A full driving licence is required

Carrying out any other duties as reasonably instructed by the Project Manager or Site Manager.
Supervision and training will be provided.
