Summary

We are seeking a Planner to join our Pre-Construction team in Borehamwood, replacing a long-standing colleague who is retiring. The role is office-based, though we offer flexibility for the right candidate. The Construction Planner will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, contributing to our mission of excellence in construction.

Key Requirements:

Experience with Asta Powerproject is preferred but training can be provided. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; experience with digital presentations is advantageous. Background in planning and pre-construction for Groundworks and RC Frames, or a desire to transition from site-based roles such as Project or Contracts Management. On-site experience in concrete frames and groundworks is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team and presenting to stakeholders.
