As a Planning Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently, from booking appointments and allocating work to engineers, to maintaining real-time scheduling data and communicating with residents and stakeholders. Location and working hours:
Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
7.5 hours per day, Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 19:00
Office location: Stuart House, Peterborough (PE1 5DD)
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an office administrative or coordination role.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle competing priorities.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, including intermediate Excel skills, plus confidence using Outlook and Word.
Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
