Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planning and IT coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Planner and coordinating planning workloads. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The coordinator will work closely with various internal and external departments to support IT infrastructure and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Duties

Issuing priority lists regularly to all production areas Update company performance dash board weekly. Provide cover and support to the Planner including SAP project work. Printing drawings and route cards First point call for internal Technical Assistance Liaising with external stakeholders re: IT network support, SAP support and SAP development Initial internal onsite support IT, telephone issues escalating to relevant organisations where required

Skills

Experience in similar role in a manufacturing environment Problem solving skills Strong understanding of Planning principles and IT support practices. Knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN setup and VPN management. Experience with troubleshooting IT issues and initial internal technical issues Excellent organisational skills Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
