Job Overview



Reporting to the Operational Planner and working closely with the Materials Planner to provide daily administration support to the wider planning and production team.

As a key team member of the planning team the role holder's key duties will include, but not limited to:

Create daily pick lists for frames, CNC, spray booth legs and lineside Daily inputting of missed scans Daily scanning of frames and quarterly scanning of upholstery Daily and quarterly distribution of the production figures to the directors. Issuing tickets to different areas of the production team and for external suppliers Overseeing of spraying Legs (issuing tickets and dispatching) Procurement of external frames, spray booth legs and company uniform and all that ensues. Settling invoice queries on procured items. Perform the weekly fire alarm test for the site.

Pay: 25,938.12 per year
