Job Role
To assist the planning & coordinating of home insulation installs for new build & domestic properties and liaise with clients to ensure customer expectations are received.
Tasks
Incoming/outgoing calls - Call Cycles.
Confirmation calls - call sites/customers to confirm that jobs booked in for the following day are ready to be installed.
Call cycles - contact sites/customers to plan future installs.
The planning of the day to day work diaries for the technicians.
Utilise the New build planning system to organise and produce planned call-off routes for the installation teams.
Ensuring that all the relevant paperwork is put together by a set time each day.
Paying the technicians wages.
Infilling - Calling sites/customers to find replacement work for the technicians if the pre-booked work is failed or cancelled on the day of install.
System updates - Update the system with regards jobs that have failed/cancelled (in day job management). Updating the systems notes is very important and must be done at all time's where an amendment/addition has been made.
Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others
And any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time.
