  • Support team development by mentoring junior staff and ensuring quality assurance across projects.

  • Proven expertise in property, planning, and infrastructure communications, including stakeholder engagement, DCO applications, and public consultations.
  • Strong leadership experience managing consultant teams across diverse accounts, with a track record of successful client and account development in agency settings.
  • Senior-level experience in strategic communications, including PR and public affairs, with excellent copywriting, time management, and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative and strategic thinker with a positive, solutions-focused attitude; leads by example, supports colleagues, and works independently with initiative.
