Planning for care Assistant - 6-months fixed term; September 2023 to March 2024.
Work in partnership with Surrey County Council on a campaign aimed at residents who arrange and pay for their own care, to help them understand and navigate the health and care system, encourage them to plan for later life and make good decisions about care and support understanding the range of care options available.
Your role will be to work directly with the I&A Project Advisor, providing administrative support and acting as a key point of contact for clients and their families.
