Annual salary of 45,000(FTE) Permanent role Full-time (37hours), part-time and flexible working patterns available St Helens office base, hybrid working

The role




The purpose of this role is to support the Operations team in the daily management of M&Y's planning function. In doing so, lead the Planning and Support team, being responsible for the smooth running of the dynamic scheduling system and Accuserv contractor system.



You will also need to provide a high performing service that supports M&Y trade operatives to deliver a customer focused service, working closely with Regenda Customer Service Centre and Asset Management Team to support M&Y external growth ambition and provide support with new and existing external contracts.

The right fit



You will come from a solid educational background with well developed numeracy and literacy skills. Experience in the phasing process of cyclical servicing programmes as applicable Experience of working alone and flexibly as part of a team. Organisational and planning skills and ability to prioritise workloads Ability to multi-task with communication skills, both verbally and in writing Ability to work unsupervised Good working knowledge of systems used by M&Y i.e. Accuserv, Propeller, DRS and Accumobile Experience and technical knowledge associated with domestic repairs and/or maintenance and application of M&E resources. Experience of working in a customer facing environment
