We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Planning Scheduler to join our Planning Team in Kettering. This is a key support role, ensuring that all administrative processes related to regulated utility work are completed accurately and on time.


You will play an important part in coordinating with utility companies, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure utility installations run smoothly from initial call-off through to completion.

The Role:



Carry out general administrative duties efficiently and accurately Maintain precise paper and electronic records in line with company and departmental procedures Liaise with utility companies regarding queries, issues, and progress updates Manage customer and client queries, escalating where appropriate to ensure positive outcomes Support Planning Team Leaders to ensure utilities are installed in line with company processes Work to KPIs to help the department achieve its objectives Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders via telephone and email Take responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing Undertake any other reasonable duties within the scope of the role

What you'll need:



Confident and professional telephone manner Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work well as part of a team, while also using your own initiative
