Position Summary
To support the Plant Controller in all areas of Operational Finance.

Month End Closing including
Balance Sheet Recs
Journals (Accrual, Prepayment, Stock, Depreciation, etc.)
General Analysis and Reconciliations
Inventory Counts, control and investigation
Raw Material
WIP
Third Party Warehouse
MRO
Consignment
Regular Reporting
KPIs
Scrap and Obsolescence
Plant Costs v Budget / Forecast
Fixed Asset and Capex Reporting
Support for Budget & Forecast
Support with Audits - External and Internal (inc. Sox)
What we are looking for
Knowledge and Experience
Part or newly qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
FMCG / Manufacturing experience essential
Proficient use of Microsoft packages
Previous experience of SAP is desirable
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present financial information to others from non-financial backgrounds
Personal Criteria
Flexible and adaptable
Ability to identify opportunities and implement process improvements
High level of commitment, positive attitude, flexible and proactive
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain working relationships at all levels of the organisation
