Plant and Equipment preparation operative.

Pay: 13 per hour

We are looking for a full-time plant and equipment preparation operative a to join our busy plant hire depot in Rushden Northamptonshire with the possibility of advancing further within the company.

Working hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm.

40 hours per week with 30 minutes for lunch each day

No weekend or night time working.

20 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays.

Option to join the company's work place pension scheme.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Preparing plant and equipment for hire or sale

Wash and clean off hired equipment for their next hire or sale

Carry out basic checks on plant and machinery and report faults to manager

Refuel and top up levels on equipment for next hire where required

Deliver and collect vehicles and plant to and from site where required

Assist other members of staff and customers where required

Keep preparation area and yard tidy and in good order

Comply with all relevant health and safety laws

Applicants will need to:

To have a clean UK Driving Licence preferred but not essential

Be able to interact well with customers and other members of staff.

Be able to work individually and as part of a team.
