Our Commercial & Industrial division designs, fabricates and constructs structural steelwork for a variety of different sectors including commercial offices, stadia & leisure, industrial & distribution, data centres, retail and health and education.



The division has manufacturing sites in three locations: Dalton, Lostock, and Enniskillen. Each has full-service capabilities and modern manufacturing processes enabling us to provide a high-quality product to a variety of different sectors. Each of our sites has its own strong reputation in the market and between them cover a wider geographical area, including Europe. They continue to set the

bar high

in their highly complex market!

Vacancy Details



The purpose of this role is to work as part of a team coordinating the hire, delivery and collection of powered access equipment for sites across UK mainland and ROI. The role involves daily production of hire contracts and purchase orders using Insphire software along with arrangement of deliveries and collections appointments for each site.



Key Responsibilities:


Efficiently manage orders, off-hires, and contracts, ensuring seamless operations through industry-standard software. Coordinate the hire, delivery, and collection of plant equipment by liaising with site teams and trusted suppliers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date hire registers, ensuring compliance with operational standards. Monitor plant availability and optimise utilisation to achieve business targets. Accurately process operator timesheets and supplier invoices, resolving any discrepancies promptly. Build a strong understanding of supplier rates, equipment capabilities, and safety requirements to deliver cost-effective solutions. Provide informed technical advice to ensure the most suitable plant solutions are recommended. Support the administration of plant maintenance, damage assessments, and breakdown reporting.

Requirements:




Ideally, at least 1 year of experience working in an office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous accounts experience would be highly beneficial
