Plant Fitter



Location: Head Office, Redditch

Opportunity:



We are currently seeking a Plant Fitter. The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of heavy construction machinery, small plant & vehicles to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

The Successful Applicant will:



Meet the qualifications and experience requirements outlined below Hold a full, clean UK driving licence Hold a Level 3 Plant Mechanics or Maintenance qualification

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:



o Prepare oil, parts, tools and information each day before starting the daily schedule.

o On occasion, stop off at supply chain stores for any urgent pickups of related items.

o Service, repair and maintain:

1 to 10 tonne forward tipping dumpers (Thwaites, Terex) 3 to 25 tonne excavators (Hitachi, Doosan, Kubota) Small tools (Whackers, Stil Saws, Poker units, Breaker packs, sub pumps) Road going vehicles (Vans, pickups and trucks) Rollers (Ammann, Bomag, Terex, Hamm) Lifting accessories (Block grabs, Fork attachments)

Package:



o Contract Type: Permanent/Self-employed

o Weekly Hours: 07:00am to 17:00pm (we are open to discussing reasonable adjustments)
