Candidate Requirements
Skills and QualificationsProven experience working with (heavy) plant machinery within industries such as mining, construction, or agriculture. Mechanical and technical skills Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or maintenance, such as NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations.
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of 37 - 42k per year, with overtime and production bonuses available. Enjoy a permanent, Monday-to-Friday role with no shift work, early Friday finishes, and the support of a generous company pension, 23 days holiday (increasing to 25 days) plus bank holidays, and life assurance at three times your basic salary.
