Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and strong clerical skills to manage daily tasks effectively.

Responsibilities



Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Assist with bookkeeping including invoicing and expense tracking. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Plant Hire Administrator


Oversee daily administrative operations of plant hire & machinery including..

Managing on and off hire of Plant and Equipment to site

Overseeing the live hire reports and ensuring correct reporting of hire dates

Coordinate scheduling and logistics for plant activities to optimize build processes and meet production targets

Assisting the Management Accountant by ensuring all billed plant hire & equipment dates are correct to guarantee accurate expenditure

Recording job costing

Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth workflow

Essential



Experience in working with plant/machinery hire and/or civil engineering.

Excellent timekeeping

Knowledge of live hire reporting

Microsoft Excel

Skills



Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information. Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
