We are currently seeking an experienced

Plant Mechanic

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a wide range of plant machinery, both in the workshop and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, and repair plant and heavy equipment Carry out planned maintenance and breakdown repairs Perform welding and fabrication repairs as required Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard Maintain accurate service and repair records Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Plant Mechanic Welding experience essential (MIG/TIG/Arc advantageous) Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge Ability to fault-find and work under minimal supervision

Must have own hand tools

Full UK driving licence (preferred) Relevant qualifications or time-served experience desirable
