Main duties:

You will manage the day to day running of a small plant team of approximately 80 people In this role you will be responsible for the safety of people and processes Delivering a high level of customer focus and daily and monthly targets for safety, deliver, quality and financial will be part of your role You will manage customer requirements In this role you will organise the daily flow of products through the facility You will ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Key candidate requirements:

You will have a HND or higher education level in an Engineering/Technical discipline You will have relevant experience in an operations leadership role
