We are seeking a reliable and skilled Plant Operator to join our team at our Ballymena site.

About The Role



Role Overview




This role involves handling materials using a dumper, and ensuring the safe and efficient running of site operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Operate a dumper to move, load, and unload materials safely. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on plant equipment. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. Maintain accurate records of production and material movements. Assist with general site operations, including housekeeping and manual handling when required. Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Key Requirements:



Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or quarrying environment is desirable. Forklift truck (FLT) licence or willingness to undertake training. Ability to operate machinery and follow technical procedures. Strong awareness of health and safety procedures. Good teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to work flexibly, including shift work if required.
