Anodising Plant Supervisor
This role is a great opportunity for someone wishing to grow and develop. The main requirements are drive and enthusiasm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily running and supervision of the anodising plant with current manager. Whilst being a key team member with unloading profiles when inspecting them.
Experience not essential as full training will be given. However, a similar level of role would be beneficial.
Main duties include:
- organising work flow through the plant
- quality control of processed material and raising issues with the production manager
- picking and bringing in material to be processed
- dumping and cleaning tanks as per schedule
- loading the work in to the anodising system and unloading as work comes out
- achieving production targets
- changing of chemical IBCs' (Training will be provided)
- communicating with maintenance team as and when required
Key qualities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Pro-active and a 'can-do' attitude
- Likes to get stuck in!
- Doesn't mind getting their hands dirty
A three-month probation period will occur.
Hours: The candidate will need to be flexible. Standard hours will be 0600-1600. Once fully trained the candidates shifts can be 1000-2000.
Paid weekly
Basic hours: 40 p.w.
Overtime - time and a quarter after basic hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00-38,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
