Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team at HERMEQ. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components for our safety equipment. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence and innovation in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate components according to specifications. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production. Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Assist in troubleshooting issues with machinery or production processes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings. Experience with sheet metal fabrication is highly desirable. Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations are essential. Familiarity with tooling and hand tools used in machining processes is a plus.
