Role Description

We are looking to hire 2-3 skilled plasterers to join our growing team, working with a local social housing contractor. In this role, you will carry out maintenance works on both void and occupied domestic properties, ensuring all repairs and finishes are completed to a high standard.

While plastering will be your primary trade, its ideal if you have basic skills in muti-trade works such as tiling, carpentry, and plumbing. Success in this role means delivering excellent workmanship, maintaining great communication with tenants and colleagues, and upholding our reputation for reliability, quality and care.

Responsibilities

Carry out plastering and maintenance works on void and tenanted domestic properties. Complete jobs efficiently and to a professional standard, ensuring client satisfaction. Undertake basic multi-trade tasks where required (e.g, tiling carpentry, plumbing). Provide a high level of customer service, treating tenants and properties with respect. Follow company health and safety policies and ensure compliance on all works Communicate effectively with supervisors, planners, and clients/

Qualifications

Proven experience as a plasterer in domestic or social housing environments. Ability to carry out a range of maintenance and repair tasks. Full UK driving license (essential). Good communication and customer service skills. Reliable, self motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the Midlands are, Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) - desirable
