The position will require experience in the following areas:

Plaster Board Installation Skimming Bonding Dot & Dab Rendering including silicone finishes

Applicants must hold a minimum of:

A strong background experience as a plasterer for a minimum of 1 year. Have previous experience operating in a similar role. Highly desired are additional capabilities in the areas of skirting and architrave repairs and decorating.

The Person

MUST

be able and willing to work Monday - Friday the core hours of 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and

variably work an on-call out of hours ROTA.

The Person will have the ability to work within a team or to your own initiative as the site conditions dictate. This Person needs to have a level of customer service skills as they will be required to interact with tenants and clients. Own tools and equipment to perform the trade for which you are applying. RIM Artium LLP will provide the plumber with a company van and fuel in order for you to travel to the different sites

Health and Safety responsibilities:

You will be required to follow company policies and procedures at all times. Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment. Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received. Report any issues or training needs to your site supervisor. RIM Artium LLP will provide a uniform to the plasterer and a full set of PPE as necessary for the duties. It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that the PPE is worn at all times when on client premises.
