Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliablePlasterer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing plaster and other coatings on a variety of interior and exterior surfaces. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes in both residential and commercial settings .This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys working as part of a professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and clean surfaces before plastering, including filling cracks, removing old plaster, and applying bonding agents. Mix and apply plaster, render, or other finishing materials to walls, ceilings, and partitions. Ensure smooth, even surfaces ready for painting, wallpapering, or other finishes. Carry out decorative or specialist plasterwork (if required) Repair and maintain existing plasterwork to restore damaged surfaces. Follow all company safety procedures and adhere to health and safety regulations on site. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organised manner. Collaborate with site managers, clients, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a plasterer or in a similar construction role. Strong knowledge of plastering materials, techniques, and surface preparation methods. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or plans. Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces. Own tools and reliable transport preferred. Must be registered under the Construction Industry Scheme

Starting wage 150 a day - depending on experience (to be discussed)
