Key Responsibilities

Deliver High-Quality Plastering Work

: Carry out plastering, rendering, skimming, patch repairs and surface finishing to the highest standards, ensuring durability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and Restore Surfaces

: Accurately measure, mix, and apply plaster materials; prepare walls, ceilings, and surfaces for decoration or further finishing.

Pursue Technical Excellence

: Show commitment to developing plastering expertise by continuously improving skills and embracing training opportunities.

Remain Adaptable and Flexible

: Work across a variety of residential and commercial properties, adapting to different site conditions, customer requests, and project priorities.

Demonstrate Organised Working Practices

: Manage materials, tools, and time effectively to complete jobs within deadlines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Provide Excellent Communication & Customer Service

: Engage professionally with clients, colleagues, and supervisors, ensuring clear updates and positive customer interactions.
