Job Description


We are currently recruiting a Plasterer to join our Property Care team, carrying out a wide range of plastering and maintenance duties.

Within this role your main responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking construction and refurbishment works, improvement works, cyclical maintenance and reactive repairs to our properties.
  • Planning, organising and delivering excellent quality of works from managing own appointments, arranging materials deliveries, maintaining van stocks, organising plant and equipment and remedying any work defects.
  • Recording accurate information on your PDA, accepting jobs, start and finish times, completion details, customer satisfaction etc.
  • Providing technical support on request.
  • Carrying out other property care related tasks as required.
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • NVQ Level 2 or hold a similar skillset.
  • Experience of working within a similar Plastering role with extensive knowledge of delivering an effective property care service.
  • Experience in repairs and voids in a social housing setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer focus.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • A Full UK Driving License.
