We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plasterer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying plaster to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets project specifications. Duties

Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary before plastering Mixing plaster materials to correct consistency using hand tools or power mixers Applying plaster using trowels, hawks, and other hand tools to achieve smooth finishes on walls and ceilings Operating power tools such as drills and mixers safely and effectively Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards Maintaining a clean and organised work environment throughout each project

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, floats, and spatulas for precise application of plaster Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently within a construction setting Good understanding of health and safety protocols relevant to construction sites Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in finishing surfaces smoothly and accurately Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment under tight deadlines

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: 15.27-24.93 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week
