About The Role

Carry out Plastering to high quality standard Response maintenance as and when required Able to work within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines, ensuring contractual deadlines are delivered Communicate with management and Quantity Surveyor Itemise the work to be carried out in customers' dwellings and premises Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that CTS Projects Ltd expect Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required Dealing with the general public in a professional manner ensuring all customers are treated with dignity and respect. Uphold Data Protection Policies Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business Any other ad hoc projects as require.

Health & Safety:

Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed Observe & follow all manual handling practices

Required Criteria

Qualified in a relevant trade and be able to provide suitable certification Hold a valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training Full UK Driving License Experience in construction and plastering industry Demonstrable experience of working within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPI's are delivered
