Are you a skilled Plasterer who takes pride in quality workmanship and making homes feel like new?
We're looking for someone with the skills and attention to detail to help us keep our properties in excellent condition and our customers safe, comfortable, and happy in their homes.
You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our housing stock -- carrying out a range of plastering and finishing work that supports our commitment to providing quality housing and outstanding service across our communities.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of solid plastering, including applying wet finishes and protective coatings such as sand and cement rendering and pebbledash.
Mix and apply plaster and sand/cement finishes to internal walls, ceilings, and floors ready for decoration.
Work on dry lining -- fixing plasterboard or wallboard to timber or metal partitions and applying finishing coats.
Renew and repair plasterboard ceilings, including installing timber battens.
Undertake inspections to assess and record plastering requirements.
Use a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) to receive and complete work via our scheduling system.
Work collaboratively with other trades and teams to deliver a high-quality, efficient service.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Proven experience as a plasterer in repairs, maintenance, or construction.
Skilled in a range of plastering techniques, including rendering, dry lining, and finishing.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to use digital devices (e.g. PDA) to manage work orders and record progress.
