We are seeking a skilled Plasterer / multi trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering and related construction skills. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth and even finish. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Apply plaster to various surfaces, including walls and ceilings, ensuring an even finish Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and applying bonding agents as necessary Mix plaster according to specifications for optimal consistency and performance Use hand tools and power tools effectively to achieve desired results Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as bricklayers and carpenters, to ensure project completion Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations Perform repairs on existing plasterwork as required

Experience

Proven experience in plastering or a related field is essential Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction Skills in bricklaying, masonry, carpentry, roofing, or welding are advantageous Ability to read technical drawings and specifications is preferred Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
