Sovereign surfaces presently has a vacancy for an experienced plasterer working on domestic properties throughout south london, Bromley & Kent. covering all aspects of plastering work.

The successful applicant with be required to carry out all aspects of plastering, from hacking off, drywall, rendering, skimming, Self-levelling, EML stitching and crack repairs ect ect.

This is an important customer facing role, working clean to ensure the clients home is free from plastering materials, keeping them informed and completing job right first time to help reduce costs and meet the service first principles.

Duties

Applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using hand tools and power tools Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming prior to plaster application Mixing plaster materials to the correct consistency and colour as required Repairing damaged surfaces and patching cracks or holes in existing structures Operating relevant equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with health and safety regulations Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and organised throughout the project duration Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of workmanship

Experience

Proven experience in plastering Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment used in plastering and construction Knowledge of rendering techniques is essential. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality finishes Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction trades are preferred but not mandatory

Pay: 36,000.00-44,000.00 per year
