We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying plaster to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet project specifications. Duties

Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying necessary primers before plastering Mixing and applying plaster using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment Ensuring smooth and even finishes on walls, ceilings, and other structures in accordance with design plans Repairing damaged surfaces by patching and re-plastering as required Collaborating with other trades such as bricklayers, roofers, or welders to complete projects efficiently Maintaining a clean and organised work area to uphold safety standards Inspecting completed work for quality assurance and making adjustments as needed

Requirements

Proven experience in plastering, masonry, or related construction trades Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment used in plastering Knowledge of bricklaying, carpentry, roofing, welding, and general masonry techniques is advantageous Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications accurately Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Physical stamina to perform manual labour over extended periods in various weather conditions Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction trades are preferred but not essential A valid UK driving licence is desirable for site access and transportation purposes

Pay: 18.15-25.40 per hour
