At A Plus Clean, our story began in 2007 with a simple mission: to deliver outstanding exterior cleaning services. Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As a Plasterer (Multi-Trade) at A Plus Clean, you'll tackle a wide range of exciting challenges, including:
Plastering, patch repairs, skimming, bonding and multi-finish work, alongside tasks like decorating, minor carpentry, basic plumbing, and general building fabric repairs
Transforming Housing Association properties and private homes, both inside and out
Liaising with customers and our office team to ensure every job is completed to perfection
Working safely, efficiently, and with a smile--even when the weather or your day is not playing ball

Adapt and overcome, like the military--we want people who embrace the challenges

What Makes You Our Ideal Candidate?

? You are a plastering pro with a strong multi-trade background
? You have top-notch customer service skills and a proactive attitude
? You hold a full UK driving licence (minimal points, please)
? You can work independently or as part of a team, bringing positivity and focus to every job
? You are cool with occasional overnight stays (we will make it worth your while)
? IPAF and PASMA certified? Great! Not yet? We will sort that out for you
? You are happy to undergo an enhanced DBS check as part of our hiring process

Morning coffee, quick team check-in, and then you are off to tackle your first job of the day
From skimming a ceiling to fixing some boxing, you will use your skills to make magic happen

What Happens Next?

We like to keep things simple and fair. Once you apply, we will carefully review your details and move the strongest candidates through a four-stage process:

Stage 1 - Your Indeed application (closes Thursday 3rd July 2025 at 11:00 PM)

Stage 2 - A short online questionnaire (closes Tuesday 8th July 2025 at 11:00 PM)

Stage 3 - A quick video interview (closes Monday 14th July 2025 at 11:00 PM)

Stage 4 - An in-person meet-up (pencilled in for Friday 18th July 2025 at 8:00 AM)

Pay: 33,000.00-39,000.00 per year
