About the Role:
Based in London, the Platform Editor is responsible for managing the publishing and administration of content for Dragonfly's flagship intelligence subscription product, the Security Intelligence & Analysis Service (SIAS). They ensure content is disseminated without error and in a timely way to the correct external and internal users. This includes coordinating the production and updating of key client-facing products, including Country Dossiers and recorded briefings and podcasts. You will report to the Sr Designer.
They work as part of the analyst team and in conjunction with graphics, marketing and commercial teams to ensure delivery of content for client and marketing purposes. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, organisation, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work to tight publishing deadlines.
You Will:
Ensure the publication of SIAS reports and other visual/written/recorded content for clients on our online platforms in a timely and accurate manner, and aligned with brand standards.
Assist with the delivery and development of existing training materials to Dragonfly team members.
Ensure that all published written, visual and audio content is of the highest presentational standards, error-free and conforms to style and presentation guidelines, working with relevant team members to ensure timely corrections.
Manage and optimise internal content publishing workflow processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency across the team.
Administer the SIAS request for information (RFI) process, including ensuring that all RFIs are responded to in a timely fashion and gathering data on requests.
Assist with copy drafting and disseminate communications to clients about changes to services and products
Proofreading, image selection, and visual checks of published content as part of the quality control and assurance process.
Adapt and produce SIAS content for the content marketing team and support their planned campaigns and social media presence.
User interface and new platform/tool testing.
Maintain and update the internal intranet to ensure staff have access to current, relevant, and well-organised information.
You Have:
At least one year of experience in managing the publishing and administration of content in an editorial environment such as a newsroom
Experience in drafting content for social media
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment where ambiguity and change occur often
Demonstrated ability to work across teams to complete tasks to deadlines
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
